These terms govern your use of this website. This site is a business-to-business sourcing and inquiry site: it does not sell to consumers and has no checkout. Manufacturing engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

Nature of the information published here

Product listings describe manufacturing capability, not stock available for immediate purchase. Reference prices are ex-works indications converted from RMB for early comparison, and starting MOQs are indicative. Neither constitutes a binding offer. A binding price, MOQ, specification and lead time exists only in a written quotation issued by Embepet Biotech (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd..

Product claims and intended use

Products manufactured by Taizhou Beno Biotech Co., Ltd. are nutritional supplements for dogs and cats. Function and benefit claims described here are for the purpose of product development discussion between businesses. They have not been evaluated by the FDA or any equivalent authority.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the claims, labelling and registration of any finished product comply with the law of the destination market. We supply the underlying specification, testing data and certificates needed to support that assessment.

Quotations and orders

• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, typically 30 days.
• Production begins after the deposit is received and specification and artwork are approved in writing.
• We may decline an inquiry or order, including where the requested claim, ingredient or destination market presents a regulatory or safety concern.

Confidentiality

Formulas, specifications and commercial terms exchanged during a project are treated as confidential by both parties. We will sign your NDA before formula development on request.

Intellectual property

Site content — copy, photography, product descriptions, graphics and logos — belongs to Embepet Biotech (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Brand assets and artwork you supply for a private-label project remain yours; formulas we develop are governed by the terms of your project agreement.

Accuracy and availability

We keep catalog, certification and capability information current, but specifications change as formulas and regulations evolve. Confirm anything material in writing before relying on it. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of this website.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of this website is limited to direct damages and does not extend to indirect or consequential loss. Liability arising from a manufacturing order is governed by that order's agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes relating to a manufacturing order are resolved as set out in the applicable purchase agreement.
