Shipping & Export Terms

All orders are business-to-business shipments from our facility in Li Kong Group 3, Donglin Village, Yaowang Street, Taixing City, Jiangsu 225400, China. Terms below apply unless your purchase agreement states otherwise.

Incoterms

We quote and ship on EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms. FOB Shanghai or FOB Ningbo is the most common arrangement for first orders. Your quotation states the agreed Incoterm, the named port or place, and exactly which costs are included.

Production starts once the deposit is received and label artwork is approved in writing. Peak season (September to December) and Chinese New Year add lead time; we confirm the calendar in your order acknowledgement.

Freight options

Sea freight in FCL or LCL is the default for volumes above roughly one pallet. Air freight is available for samples, launch stock and urgent replenishment. We can ship on your nominated forwarder's account or arrange freight ourselves and quote it as a line item.

Export documentation

Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and a certificate of analysis per batch. On request we also provide certificate of origin, health certificate, free sale certificate, stability data and ingredient breakdowns for customs or registration.

Packaging for transit

Retail units are packed into export cartons rated for international transit and palletised with stretch wrap. Carton dimensions, unit counts and gross weights are confirmed at quotation so you can plan container loading and destination handling.

Import responsibilities

Unless the agreed Incoterm places them with us, import duties, taxes, customs clearance and any destination-market product registration are the buyer's responsibility. We supply the documentation needed to complete clearance and registration.
